The dogs at the BARK shelter and some of the community dogs in our project areas are up for adoption. Some of the dogs have heart-rending rescue stories, and some of them have been in our care since birth, but all of them are waiting for a wonderful forever home and will reward you with lifelong love and loyalty. All our dogs available for adoption are spayed or neutered.
Our adoption process starts with you telling us a little bit about yourself, including your family and work situation, your accommodation circumstances and your previous experiences with pets. Then you will be invited to visit our shelter and meet the animals that are available for adoption. If you find that special connection with one (or more!) of our lovely dogs, we will discuss further arrangements to ensure that everyone will have a smooth transition.
After adoption, we will periodically follow-up on the adopted dogs, and provide advice and suggestions if required.
